About pricing and billing
What counts as a user?–
Every person with a login. Contacts, customers and public form users don't count. Read-only users count as half a seat from Premium up.
Are prices the same in every country?+
The price list is in EUR. In markets with another currency we show the converted price and bill in EUR, USD or BRL, depending on the country.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades apply on the next cycle. No penalties.
What happens if I go over the limits?+
We warn you at 80 % and at 100 %. Nothing is deleted: you can upgrade, buy a token pack or wait for the next month.
Is there a discount for associations, schools and NGOs?+
Yes, 30 % on any paid plan, with proof of status. Request it here.
How do I cancel?+
In Settings › Plan, at any time. You stay on the plan until the end of the paid period; your data remains exportable for 90 days after that.
